In addition to the regular painting system of Enamel and two-pack Epoxy base paints, we also provide intermediate coating (MIO) and Polyurethane base paint as per customer requirements.
Paint coating thickness ranges from 90 DFT to 320 DFT. Different types of paint schemes such as C2, C3, C4 & C5 are provided based on operating conditions.
We also offer Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Zinc Silicate Primer, and Zinc Rich Priming on a regular basis as per customer specifications.
Each radiator is properly marked and packed to ensure safe handling and delivery.
To ensure accurate manufacturing, the following details are required at the time of order:
Any variation from standard construction should be clearly specified. Heat transfer charts can be provided on request.
For “SF” type construction, one air vent plug is provided on the top header pipe and one drain plug on the bottom header pipe for each radiator.
Bracing straps of Ø 8mm or Ø 10mm bright bar are provided for each radiator. The number of straps depends on the size of the radiator.
All Radiators are individually pressure tested under water using air pressure at 2.5 kg/cm² for 30 minutes.
Radiators are also guaranteed for leak-proof performance against transformer oil at 105°C and 1.0 kg/cm² for 12 hours.
Radiators are cleaned using automatic shot blasting machines with special cut-wire shots to ensure proper surface preparation.
Internal surfaces are cleaned, flushed, and coated with HOR Clear Paint, which is compatible with transformer oil at working temperature of 105°C.
External surfaces are coated using a flow coating system with Zinc Phosphate Grey Primer (minimum 50 microns DFT).
Final paint is applied as per IS standards or RAL shade, based on customer requirements.
Radiators are tested to withstand a vacuum of 5 mm Hg absolute for one hour. Permanent deflection of fins does not exceed 0.5 mm.
We manufacture customized Radiators including:
We also provide special coatings such as Zinc Silicate, Hot Zinc Spray, and Zinc Rich Primers, along with Hot-Dip Galvanizing.
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with PLC-based automatic machines and modern tools, enabling us to handle all operations under one roof.
Established in the year 1993, We “Lexmark Radiators Private Limited” have been engaged in manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of power and distribution transformer Radiators up to 500 MVA rating.
