Fins are made of 1.00mm, 1.20mm & 1.60mm Thickness CRCA sheet of “D” grade (CR2) as per IS-513. Fins are of following width.
Centre distance between top and bottom header pipes (CC) shall be minimum 500 mm to 4000 mm in steps of 50/100 mm with following tolerances:
Mild Steal Header pipe made of 2.3 – 3.15 mm thick of following Outer Diameter.
Type “SF” Radiators shall be provided with two numbers of 150 mm square flanges having 4 nos. 20 mm diameter holes on 160mm PCD. Thickness of flanges shall be 12 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm and 20mm depending upon center distance and number of fins.
Four or more fins can be provided with pitch between adjacent fins of 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm or 75mm measure at Header pipes.
